This collection of recipes is not a static, once and for all, list but represents a fair cross section of dishes that we used to cook for guests at La Souvigne B&B. At long last, we have finished translating all the recipes into French and with over 250 of them this has been a devil of a job. Inevitably, we'll have made some mistakes, so if you spot any please do let us know and we'll correct them.
